Job Description

  • Responsible for the development of new clients in the assigned markets and fields
  • Establish sales strategies to achieve the expected sales target; contribute to the maintenance of good relationship with clients

  
Responsibilities

  • Identify potentials, engage clients, build relationships and close deals to attain sales goals and profitability
  • Create sales strategy and cooperate with the management team to develop new clients
  • Coordinate with production operations to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Maintain long-term close relationships with key accounts, improve client satisfaction, and manage client retention
  • Participate in marketing activities to promote the company and build brand reputation. e.g. website, marketing materials, etc.
  • Handle quotations

  
Skills

  • At least five years of business development/sales experience in localization/translation industry with strong client base
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients
  • Aggressive and goal-driven, highly responsible with keen insight to identify potential
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Clients Relationship Management
  • Solid presentation, communication, and phone conversation skills
  • A go-getter who is enterprising and passionate about achieving assigned goals
  • Enjoy being part of a motivated and hard-working team
  • Ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive and deadline driven work environment and stay cool under pressure
  • Detail orientated
