come from all walks of life and all are qualified

All assignments are performed by multilingual translators
in their native-language. They operate in-country
and are accredited translators (with at least, a
Bachelor's degree, and usually coupled with a Masters
degree or Doctorate). Their work is then cross-edited
by experienced proofreaders and professional editors,
whose fine tunig and identification of errors ensures
accuracy, style and consistency in the use of terminology.
Most of our translators are skilled users of Translation
Memory software. 
Our editors are experienced linguists responsible
for the overall accuracy of a translation and to
ensure that there are no misinterpretations or ambiguities
in the target text. Every translation produced by
AsiaL10n is checked again in this way by a second
linguist. An editor is also responsible for ensuring
that, when the band of translators work on different
modules of the same project, the terminology and
style is consistent throughout.

on. We have extensive experience with large and
highly complex engineering tasks, and can discuss
processes, working environments and suggest strategies

Our language technicians have expertise in all
the tools necessary for localising Resource Code,
Help Text, Web sites, etc. Some of the tools we
employ include WinHelp, RoboHelp, HelpQA, ITP,
Corel Catalyst etc.

Trained to be able to handle almost any desktop
publishing software as well as the latest multimedia
publishing software, our DTP Specialists are able
to handle the publishing of multilingual works
on PC, Macintosh and UNIX platforms.
We are able to receive your files and documents
(in almost any format) and produce versions of
the original document in all mainstream Asian
